Founder and CEO
Hi my name is Kellie Miles, Creative Confidence Coach and I am the founder and CEO of VWQL Foundation and Virtuous Woman Queens Lair LLC.
I am a native of Philadelphia, Pa, a proud wife to Andre Miles, mother of a blended family of four children, two grandbabies, and a fur baby (Onyx). In addition to my deep love for and devotion to Christ, my passions are the arts, leadership development, building and maintaining relationships, challenging thought processes to inspire mindset changes, and encourage behavior modifications.
I have a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary leadership studies from Villanova University. I am a member of three honor societies, Golden Key International Honor Society, National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. I hold Disney Institute leadership infused values and approach to leadership excellence certificates, and two Villanova Leadership Symposium certificates.
Since childhood, acting and theater arts have been an outlet for me. It started as a positive way for me to express how I felt through a character without anyone knowing it was me. Over the years, acting and theater have become a passion for me, helping to cultivate my creative thinking. In addition to Villanova, I’ve trained in programs like Freedom Theater, Mike Lemon casting, Greer Lange, and Mainline Models. While each of these institutions helped to improve or enhance my knowledge, skills, abilities, and technique, the burning passion inside has only deepened and increased immeasurably.
Each endeavor, which aligns with my passion for the arts, aims to enrich and empower members of the community through Biblical principles providing programs and resources designed to enhance personal and professional development.
My favorite color is red, I enjoy cooking, watching movies, exercising, taking walks, and spending quality time with my family.
Board Director
I have been a member of the VWQL Foundation since its inception in 2020. As a parent, I have watched my daughter’s God-given natural talent and gifts touch the hearts of many of those less fortunate in our community. Having a heart to encourage and motivate others as well, I am fully supportive of Kellie’s efforts to empower community members to grow and develop spiritually through theatrical means using biblical principles. As a Board Director in an administrative role, I support in whatever area I can to reach the goal of encouraging souls to consider thinking differently about their situation and the potential for a better outcome.
A Business Education graduate of Dobbins Area Vocational Technical School located in Philadelphia, PA. Shortly thereafter, I enrolled and completed training at the Washington School for Professional Secretaries formerly located in Washington, D.C. That training led to job offers from both the National Park Service (NPS) as well as the General Service Administration (GSA). My acceptance of employment with the National Park Service turned into a fruitful 25-year career. As a 2020 graduate of the New Life Bible Institute, my background experience with administrative functions as well as Human Resources gained in my career with the Federal government along with my biblical education obtained from New Life are contributing factors to the success of the VWQL Foundation.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am an active member of my church community and the mother of three adult children, five grandchildren, and two great-grands all of whom I enjoy immensely.
Board Director
I’ve been a member of the VWQL Foundation Board since 2021. I was drawn to the foundation by Kellie’s exuberant personality and previous partnership in creative ministries such as Praise Dance and Art of Worship. But it was the mission to empower community members to grow spiritually using Biblical principles expressed artistically that really entice me to join and serve.
With 25+ years of professional and ministry experience, I bring idealizing to implementation, product launch, quality control and prayer along with other skills to help achieve the foundation’s initiatives. I’m excited to be a part of an amazing organization working to share God’s word in creative and dramatic ways that can open hearts, strengthen souls and save lives!
